Pros:When everything went as planned, the airline is fine
Cons:As I arrived at the airport I received an email that my first segment was rescheduled (not delayed) 3 hours later. They did not try to call. There was no consideration for my second leg/segment, which I missed due to the schedule change, and it was the only flight of the day. It took them 2 hours to tell me if they would book me on another airline to try to make my connection, and by then it was too late. They tried to not give me a hotel room because it was a "technical" delay, and only after I showed them the email I received that it was a "schedule change" did they give me a hotel. They also didnt offer food vouchers for the 3+ hr delay until the airport restaurant asked FOR us. I was so frustrated by the lack of caring that I bought my own one way ticket home on another airline.
