Pros: Have to fly first class to get a meal. That’s a bit excessive.
Cons: For a first class seat it didn’t recline very well. Had to mash the hell out of button and force back a bit. Not exactly a first class flight. Entertainment hand held had dead battery. Still not exactly first class.Reviewed Jun 2019review from

Food? What Food? Even the fish I brought back was starving.
Cons: It's a twenty minute puddle jumper. The seat belt seemed to be missing about half of it... Not sure what was going on there, never saw a short seat belt like that before. Flight seemed late, almost missed the connection with Alaska Air to Honolulu. Had to go through TSA again, walked up to the gate and was last one on the aircraft. Pros: Flight attendants were amazing.
Cons: I carried on my electric guitar and a hard shell case and it was problematic because it did not fit in the overhead bin nor was there a closet that it could be stowed in.
