Pros:
Friendly and helpful staff at pick-up (Rotorua airport)Cons:
Not so friendly or helpful at drop-off. Drop-off at Auckland airport is confusing - not sure why there needs to be two drop-off locations (domestic & international terminals). Seems like one spot with a shuttle would be easier.Thrifty

Pros:
It was so simple - just handed off the keys and we were done. We only waited one minute while the agent finished a call. She apologized for the wait, which was charming.Cons:
It wasn't clear exactly how to return the car, but we rolled with it and asked the check-in person for the flight and she pointed us in the right direction.Budget
