San Antonio hotels in Northeast Side

Pros: Comfy bed and great value and very clean!

Pros: Comfortable, friendly staff and great snacks. Bed was comfy and the sheets were clean. Bathroom was also well stocked and clean.

Pros: We stayed in a king bed "mini-suite", for the same rate that most hotels would charge for a regular room with two double beds. The suite had a sitting room with a love seat couch, arm chair and coffee table. Since we were staying for several days, this extra space was great to have. The room was nicely decorated and had plenty of lamps. The A/C worked great. The linens were a bit on the older side, but very clean. There was free WiFi, and large flat screen TV with cable and free On-Demand. The continental breakfast was a decent buffet-style. There wasn't a lot of noise. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right off the freeway, and although it doesn't look super fancy on the outside, the room had good quality and was a great deal.

Pros: Our rooms was very clean but wound up having a leaking water issue a few days into our stay. The staff handled it very quickly and were helpful in getting us a new room within minutes. Every employee was polite and kind. We had a comfortable, clean room and a nice trip because of it.

Pros: Awesome staff nice and friendly with a side of courteousness willing to help as much as possible to bad I can't say the same for the cleaning crew

Pros: I was not made aware the the hotel was under construction and that there was no water for at least an hour after checking in. I had to call and ask and employee stated that she forgot to mention that there was no water.

Pros: Pool was a bit dirty but we used the tool to pick out things that had blown in. Water looked clean and was cool but refreshing. Bed was a bit stiff but just what we needed. Large and comfortable. Shower curtain in our room was a joke and would not stay closed..Obviously an older hotel with a few maintenance issues but it was a clean roon and for the price it was a good value. Breakfast was minimal but the Texas shaped waffles we made were cute for us tourists. 2nd day the cleaning staff forgot to put coffee and cream in our room which was a bummer... There is another one within a block or 2 of the alamo that we found. I am sure it would cost more though. Todd

Pros: Reception area clean and personnel inviting. Breakfast was a good mix of morning java, cereals, yogurt, waffles,toast, etc. Bed was a king and was comfortable with five pillows and amenities were blow dryer,iron/ ironing board, inroom safe, coffee maker, bar fridge, sitting area , sofa bed etc. Swimming pool seemed clean,but weather was not favourable to kick our feet in it.

Pros: The room was clean and very well appointed, and the hotel was convenient for my business needs.
