Cons: Floor in room was a little sticky.

Cons: We only experienced a slow flushing toilet. The handle needed to be held down a couple seconds until the tank was cleared. We stayed on the 4th floor and were a little surprised to see that the window was able to be opened, but there were no protective barriers over the open area to prevent something from falling.

Cons: Rooms were nice but the walls seemed thin. I could hear people talking in the room next to me and through the door way to the next room made it even clearer when they spoke.

Cons: Needs an upgrade....low value for what you pay!

Cons: Low season in guessing so they were running with a skeleton crew, also drinks were outrageous at $12 a drink no fresh mixes all bottled mixes. I feel for 12 you can give me something fresh

Cons: Hotel could have been more prepared or given us warning about transportation going to airport on a Sunday morning after a very large group was there.

Cons: Beds were not comfortable and rooms were small. Brunch was delicious but facilities were dated.

Cons: The silly expenses, resort fee and valet and etc. !

Cons: Better temporary bar/Drinks Inside the hotel. I called for my room to be made, but no one showed up. A little disappointed

Cons: Was old hotel not worth the money. It's not 5* it's more like 2 *

Cons: I wish there was a little more pool activities for kids. The pool was very crowded and not enough space for little ones to play. A splash pad or water playground would be very nice!

Cons: Having the resort properly staffed, equipped , honestly i dont know what is goong on down there, but its declined,,,sad.

Cons: Service was spotty, had to be immediately changed to another room bc our room was still not cleaned upon arrival. I wouldn't have been as unhappy about it had the lady at the desk was more atentative or apologetic. No maps of seaworld at the official seaworld hotel?

Cons: No coffee in the lobby. House keeping knocked on the door to come clean while we were getting ready. We told them we weren't quite ready. They never came back. After we returned that evening, the beds were not made and the dirty towels were still on the floor.

Cons: No food options. Bar, restaurant and room service was unavailable.

Cons: ordered towels...never came spa/steam room "closed" on the days I was staying!!! no weights in the weight room on tap beer was sour out of steak!! tried to check in at 3:40...no rooms??? That was ridiculous..made to wait until exactly 4pm out of marshmallows! Can't even pay cash for smores..must charge to a credit card?? smores should be provided FREE staff was not concerned or urgent about anything!!

Cons: The staff is the worst I have seen in my life. Housekeeping didn't leave towels in the room and not only one day but several days and more than 1 room that my family had for our stay, I told these to the people on the reception but I don't know if they didn't do anything or the housekeeping didn't understand. The firt day we had breakfast at the hotel but since it was so slow and bad the rest of the days we decided to go out. Even the bar was lame and closed like 9 pm. I think the rooms and the hotel is good but has the worst manager I have seen in mi life.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind.

Cons: The phone was broken, the alarm clock was broken, no note pad, no flyers on the hotel like most Hilton’s have. We weren’t offered a map and on the last day checking out we saw nice colored maps on the counter which would have been very helpful, the drains in the sink were slow draining, they charged an outrageous amount for parking when they have a huge lot, no continental breakfast like most Hilton’s, and the overall quality was not up to par for other Hilton’s that we stay at and my husband is a Hilton rewards member and stays quite often with Hilton for business. I felt like we received poor service because I booked with a third party.

Cons: I booked the executive floor hoping that there would be no kids in the lounge while I was working. That wasn't the case.

Cons: The bar was extermley overpriced. I paid $16.00 for one glass of Laphroaig when you can buy an entire bottle of your own for $40.00

Cons: Clear display of facility/amenity hours within the room without having to go down to the front desk

Cons: Needs a fridge in room

Cons: A/C was not working, even though our room was on the top floor in the corner, there were no Side entrances available for quick entry/exit

Cons: First. We arrived at almost 1pm to find that we were not able to check in. No rooms were ready. Next. The staff. It seemed that there were as many trainees as there were experienced staff (not very many of either). At the bar restaurant, there was only one experienced server. She was great and did the best with what she had. However, she couldn't keep up with everyone in the restaurant and train a new person, too. It took a very long time to get our food (some good, some not good) and drinks and there wasn't more than 20 people in the restaurant. I can only imagine how understaffed the kitchen was as well (we were there for about 2.5 hours). The breakfast restaurant seemed to suffer from the same lack of trained, attentive staff. The housekeeping staff were noisy and yelled down the hall to each other in the morning. Not professional at all.

Cons: We were told that a movie was going to be played but not that night and nobody knew why. Everyone kept saying that they were working on it and nothing was ever set up so the movie never played.

Cons: My only complaint was that there were some loud people in the hallway horse-playing but it was taken care of quickly.

Cons: Under renovations so breakfast wasn't at the main morning area and the room where it was given very small But like I said it work out Extra small pool and it didn't look very clean The one thing I really didn't like was the horrible pillows!!!!!!!!

Cons: A full 20 minute drive from downtown, 30 minutes to six flags

Cons: Well, the food poisoning, obviously. The guy who was clueless running the "bistro" must have been a fill in. Clearly not trained in food safety.

Cons: No breakfast Of any kind included

Cons: I didn't like that the pool smelled so much like chlorine, and I paid for a king deluxe room. When I walked into my room it was very small. A huge disappointment! I wanted space like in the pictures. This really upset me. Also, they take your money very fast and cannot even give us breakfast.

Cons: Breakfast area could be larger to seat more people and reduce congestion

Cons: Wish they would have more hangers, for people staying three days, because we had more clothes to hang but no enough hangers.
