O atendimento foi ótimo tanto na entrega do carro como na devolução. O único que não gostei foi do Jeep Renegade. Carro pesado com pouca potência e tinha um varulho, acho que do sistema de start and stop que incomodava muito. Mas o serviço muito ótimo

No signage for how to return the car. Customers just have to remember they were in terminal 3 and that they need to go to the top floor of the parking garage. There were no signs on the street or in the garage

Becarefull with overseas service provider in BrazilGot a car from Unidas. The car had strange noises. On 3rd day didn't turn on. Wasted half a day waiting for mechanic and toll truck. I couldn't take a trip the same day to a different town to switch cars so I asked if I could get it the next day and they would reimburse me 1 day. They said it was ok. They never did. So I paid in advance for 1 day which I didn't have a car. Rip off. Spoke to costumer service they said they would solve the matters, never did either.

The worst rental car experience of my life.Nothing.Good morning! Im finaly back to the states. When arrived at the GRU sao paulo airport 1,30 AM on the 19th of July there was no Alamo courtesy van available, the driver had been sleeping I was told by the localiza rental car co driver who gave me a lift to the Alamo office to pick up the rental. Upon arrival I found a sleepy attendant. I PRESENTED HER MY RESERVATION and the also the ibsurance previously bought on the site. She informed me I needed to buy new insurance from her since the INS. I HAD WAS NOT VALID IIN BRAZIL. she also td me my credit card was no good , so I gave her a new one...then she said my rental was for the city of Curitiba , about 300 miles away and she had no car was available at her location (GRU)anyway. SO BECAUSE I HAD MY 85 YEAR OLD FATHER AND 77 YEAR OLD MOTHER WITH ME I HAD TO TAKE A TAXI TO CURITIBA, THE DRIVER GAVE ME A " DEAL" AND CHARGED ME 1899 REALS, CLOSE TO 600 US DOLLARS. TO TAKE ME TO MY booked location, according to the Alamo woman. Once I arrived to Curitiba they tried to charge 4.5 times the amount on the rental, although waved the Sao Paulo , different location fee...Alamo in Curitiba, Brazil they froze 7000 reals from my credit card, about 2,7 thousand Dollars. Alamo mentioned again I had no valid insurance for Brazil and attempted to sell me insurance again., Since my card was froze up to the limit I could not enjoy and pay for tourist acticties such as dining, museum visits, shopping, etc... I make a formal request for Alamo or Kayak to pay me back my 600 dollars spend on the taxi. I have receipts, etc to back it up. Thank you very much, luiz A. PEREIRA

Easy and fast return Return inspection was reasonable not like others that spend time trying to find a small issue on the vehicle specially if you have not bought their insurance Alamo did not charge car wash fee like others do is the car is not 100% clean in and out - kind of impossible after few days and rain New carSlow pick up process at the counter

Foi otimoGostei bastante do servico.Gostaria que tivesse mais aviso sobre seguro do carro. Para alguém que está vindo de fora do país, oque se vê no site parece ser o unico valor que e necessario para retirar o carro. O Alamo sendo uma companhia multinacional deveria explicar isso melhor. Todo país tem suas regras para alugar um carro, mas essa informação seria importante na decisão final para alugar. Fora que ajudaria quem ta vindo de fora se preparar melhor financeiramente.

Missing basics.Car modelNot even a clock was available in the car. I lost my purchased car insurance because the location did not recognize my online car insurance I bought when I did car reservation.
