Pros: Fast checkout. Rate was exactly what was reserved.

Cons: Van wasn't available but the AWD option they have was better for Canadian driving anyways.

One week in Saskatoon

Pros: Budget didn't have the compact car we reserved available so they gave us an intermediate. Car was very nice and worked well for us. Their location in Sutherland was very convenient for us. Happy with this rental.

Cons: Well... I usually have something to complain about but I really don't here. Budget did their job well.

One week in Saskatoon

Cons: Additional $20/day for winter tires in a country where there is snow all winter and roads aren't paved. Nice surprise. How can this be optional? All cars should have winter tires in winter.

Friendly staff couldn't make up for extra costs added to overall bill

Pros: Prepaying for gas.

Cons: Cost for what was received. The peace of mind insurance charged is too much for one day use ($33.00)! No GPS in unit, had to pay an additional $6.99 per day. Extra cost for winter tires (you would expect that they would put these tires onto their vehicles as a rule in Canada to save their customers from being in accidents). I arrived in Saskatoon during a snowstorm freezing rain in February, what choice did I have! Overall the bill was more than expected. Read fine print before renting or better yet call to get specifics as you don't need to be surprised at pick up counter when charges are explained.

Pros: Your agent was very friendly and helpful, resulting in an exceptional experience at the counter.

Cons: Exterior was somewhat dirty, but interior was very dirty, especially on the driver's side.

Pros: Very easy and stress free pick up and return!! Staff were polite. Only downfall was there were no running boards on the truck and it was hard to get in or out as I use a cane. Also there was only manual controls for the seat which I found hard especially not being able to get the right height of the seat. Will definitely rent again from them !!
