Very bad aircraft and services
U could offer everyone a drink ,juice or water.. coffe or tea ...ur air craft isn't a flea market ,where someone has to buy a tea or water!!
Extra luggage after you purchase 1 is gonna jacked u up to 800sgd which is so up to the hook... you could buy 3 round trips ticket on that price.. im so disappointed.. im not gonna choose this airline anymore.. horrible experience...
Customer service sucks
Instead of the flight attendants talking to each other they should have been monitoring the passengers. The person beside me took a phone call literally 30 seconds before the plane landed. As we were going down the runway ( from landing ) a person in the row in front of me and behind me made phone calls; CRAZY
The crew was very attentive, friendly and efficient.
Pros: The crew was excellent, especially the stewardesses.
Cons: Their wifi service is ridiculously expensive $32 and it doesn't work.
Cons: arrived one hour before flight, all counter staff had disappeared. On-line check-in was not available as an option, could not get checked in and as a result missed my flight
Cons: Flight delayed. Please be punctual if can’t be earlier.
Pros: Nothing
Cons: No delays
Cons: Flight delayed.
Pros: Air Crew was polite. Ground crew was the slowest and most inefficient group of people I've witnessed. There'd be 3 people working, but 2 of them would be talking to each other, letting the queues build up.
Cons: Ground experience was pretty terrible at the airport. Most likely I'd avoid flying through here again.
Cons: Everything
Cons: N
Pros: Comfortable, clean, good crew, early landing.
Cons: 15 minutes stuck on the bus at disembarkation sucked.
Pros: The leg room
Cons: Boarding process
Pros: The crew were super patient (a must when dealing with the quality of passengers from Trichy who were lacking in manners and etiquette).
Cons: Boarding was chaotic. The majority of passengers seem to not be used to the normal manners and etiquette of queuing and it was chaotic with pushing. Some discipline and order needs to be enforced by ground crew (and this will no doubt make the cabin crews' lives easier).
Cons: Leg room
Pros: Enjoyed buying extended leg room
Cons: Water should be a standard on a 4 hour flight
Pros: Scoot in silence
Pros: Flight was short
Cons: Seats are very tight if you are over 5’6
Pros: Yes
Cons: All ok
Pros: It was very good value for money.
Pros: The flight was smooth despite bouts of turbulence. The crew ensured everyone was strapped in and the pilot made a prior announcement before flight take-off. Most Pilots don’t.
Cons: The check-in process took extremely Long as there were only two counters open. The boarding process was a joke. Despite the announcement to board by rows, there was no enforcement whatsoever and it was free for all.
Pros: Amazig Airplane
Pros: Crew were good
Cons: Flight was late.
Pros: Crew were good.
Cons: I paid for priority boarding but could not find the queue easily to check in as well as there was no priority boarding line up during boarding. My seat did not decline at all. I paid for a window seat but got a completely blank wall. Flights were late.
Cons: Flight with Scoot are not very well organized. for as large a fleet and number of flight locally should be better. no onboard entertainment nor refreshments. Staff not very personable either.
Pros: Nothing. We had to sit on the runway for an 1 hour 40 mins. Staff didn’t even give away water, you had to purchase it... outrageous
Pros: GREAT CREW AS ALWAYS THE SEAT WAS COMFORTABLE AS ALWAYS.
Cons: FOOD WAS ORDINARY NOT WHAT I ORDERED, MY NEIGHBOR IN THE CHAIR OPPOSITE HAD WHAT I WANTED AND IT LOOKED DELICIOUS
