Cons:There is only one entrence to get in ,the isle is very narrow For a business class very little congested seatsby mistake i left my laptop in singapre air, we immediately notified the silkair agent at checkin even though there was a flight delay and wait they are unable to get it In hyderabad the staff are very slow in response we wasted three days to locate the laptop Overall it is extremely disappointing experience from boarding and post boardin and handling by the silk air office , aircraft, and agents in hyderabad , i wish i reviwed the prior reviews Silk air lost my business never again fly silk air
Pros:The flight was on time, baggage arrived without any delay or damage.
Cons:Very smooth flight overall. The plane is a little old inside and could do with a few upgrades, such as having tvs on the back of the seats, but otherwise it was fine.
Cons:No complaints. Excellent service. Need daily flights from Singapore to Visakhapatnam.

Pros:Flight was on schedule and comfortable. Boarding was swift and plan quality was good.
Cons:Silkair charges as much as good airlines do but doesnt have onboard entertainment screens. Bring your own and watch the streaming service. This is okay in practice but in theory during meal service.. not practical at all.
Cons:On board Service is lousy. Food is terrible.
Cons:WITH A PARKING PALCE ON THE FIELD IN SINGAPORE, THE ORGANIZATION OF THE BUS TRANSFER TO THE TERMINAL WAS WELL BELOW SG STANDARDS. AFTER ETERNAL WAITING ON THE STAIRS, WE WERE ASKED TO SIT DOWN AGAIN IN THE AIRCRAFT. AFTER ANOTHER ETERNITY, THE BUSSES FIANLLY PICKED US UP. ANOTHER ETERNITY TO WAIT AT THE BELT. 1 HOUR FROM TOUCH DOWN TO PASS THE CUSTOMS IS TOO LONG. PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR ORGANISATION BETWEEN SILK AIR AND AIRPORT MANAGMENT
Cons:Friendliness of staff at checkin and in the aircraft should not be any different between Singapore Airlines and Silk Air. Or should it? While Sinagpore Air is unbeatable in terms of friendliness of the staff, Silk Air still has a lot of lessons to learn
