Pros:Pick up and drop off was easy. Car interior was cleanCons:There were minor scratches and a dent on the car. The staff didn’t explain or mention the damage at the time of pick up. I took pics of the damage, which I can only hope they don't think that I created the damages.Reviewed 2019 Sep 18

Great customer service, easy transaction, check your insurance firstPros:* Little wait checking in or out. * Representatives were very hands on, even helping hold a parking spot on vehicle return. * Rep made sure both my wife and I were comfortable with manual transmission before giving us the car. (most Americans probably are not) * Requested model wasn't available, so got an upgrade. * Sixt help number posted on the dashboard - did not need, but made me feel secure in case something came up.Cons:Insurance was more than the rental. Do your homework on your personal auto insurance and credit card benefits before booking. I probably could have gone with lower or no insurance, but did not do my homework beforehand.
