Good budget airline

Pros: It was nice that I did not have to pay a checked baggage fee. The staff was helpful and courteous. The ratings for food and entertainment are n/a because neither was offered during our short flight. I had to cancel one of the tickets I bought a week prior to the trip but got about a half of the money back.

Cons: I had to buy water for 100 yen. Only free drink offered was a small cup of hot coffee.

An efficient no fuss LCC

Pros: The whole process was great and surpassed our expectations for a Low Cost Carrier (LCC). Check in was simple and the attendant was very helpful. Flight departed on time and arrived on time.

Budget Airline of utmost excellence

Pros: Extreme professionalism and friendliness of airline staff.

Pros: the wait time at the check in counter was very short and the staff was very helpful. they upgraded us to premium seats so we could all sit together. we had pre boarding because of the upgrade so we were the first on the flight. they offered us a free use of an Ipad with pre loaded games and TV shows. overall it was an awesome experience.

Pros: Order tickets online, pay at 7-11 by whatever method you want, including cash. At the airport, scan your QR code at the kiosk, check your bags for free, and get through security - all in about 15 minutes, tops!

Cons: Airplane was a little warm inside (February flight from Haneda to New Chitose).

Fantastic deal for the price

Pros: First off, I loved everything. Secondly, the price and discount was wonderful because the next cheapest deal was for 300$ more. Considering that I got the best deal with free check in luggage and free carry on , which the other airline did not offer, I was estatic. The flight was comfortable and roomy compared to other airlines that have a lower standard for bone cheap deals. Of course, it was no economy plus comfort but it was not a military flight. The way I see it, the military flight offers 0 comfort out of five. Spirit airlines or other bone deal offers a 1 or a 2 depending on riders. And, average airlines offer 2 or 3 depending on cost of the lowest fair. And this was a easy 3. Of course, you can upgrade with more money but I always take the cheapest flights because am poor. And, you get a great deal for the buck.

Cons: It's really hard to complain with the great deal but if I had to dislike something it would be that it was too bright inside. It would of been nice if the lightsite were dimmed a little. I know, it's not a long flight but I was trying to sleep and I can see the light bright piercing lights through my eye lids. Of course, it's easily fixed with eye covers but if they just dimmed the lights a little bit. I felt like I was looking into the lights of dentist headpiece.
