Very unprofessional attitude
There were a myriad of problems many of which I posted on SpiceJet tweeter handle: * mobile boarding pass printed without qr/ bar code - tweeted airline support team for 2 days, no response. * unregistered my QR frequent flyer to the online check-in, information was not reflective anywhere- now the miles are missing. * return flight had 2 consecutive delays, electronic message prompts stated it as technical delay. No staff engagement at boarding gate, no announcements at airport. * the boarding gate podium remained unattended for most parts - no one to inquire or assure - very disappointing * I tweeted airline handle again and received a response this time - their marketing line, "no one plans on a delay..." some of us tra eling professionals do know that. * requested engagement and assurance from staff at boarding gate as flight was behind 2hrs30mins. No food, water, conversation, customer service was on offer even as a gesture. * finally a snack pack arrived - again extremely scrambled an approach during distribution - no announcements were made to keep people from congregating around the boarding podium amid covid times. * I objected and was told we haven't invited anyone bit failed to understand the argument that nothing is being communicated from the airline, ergo the confusion and the bottle beck * even if SpiceJet eventually embraced a gesture to retain goodwill the execution literally soiled the intent. * the aircraft for 8254 DEL/KOL was perhaps sat in the hangar for ages; filthy, loosened spares, accessories, fittings, the screen frames hanging loose, the chair recline buttons missing, the overhead luggage bins cracked, separation panel hanging lose - unsure how safe was it to fly the plane and was certainly happy the cockpit crew concluded a safe landing. Not impressed with SpiceJet overall ownership and customer experience skills at all. If there is a negative score below POOR, that's what they deserve. Customers cannot be expected to read operator mind or intentions, it's the execution that counts and Spicejet were certainly rookies last eve.

Cons: Flight kept getting delayed for no apparent reason. Also, the life jackets were loose under the seats and kept sliding around during take off and landing. Should be a safety violation! I would no recommend SpiceJet.

Cons: 1. Can you please have air fresheners? After a 2-hour flight the air felt very stale and the human smells were uncomfortable. 2. I always prefer a window seat for the view but my window glass pane was terribly deteriorated from the outside. Didn’t inspire much confidence in the aircraft. Not too significant a complaint but I’d have really appreciated if I could’ve had the view also.
Pros: The Spicejet staff is very uncooperative . They failed to keep their promise to help change the departure date because of death in the family. They said they will help me change the ticket although I was willing to pay the penalty. Pros: Crew was friendly.
Cons: I purchased seat 4D. Boarded and found that there was no 4D, 4e, 4f. After some chaos they found us alternatives but no Apologies, understanding or accommodation for the inconvenience.

Cons: Cramped seating. No recline Ended up with sore leg after only 01:10 flight. Security at PNY ludicrous. They tie your luggage with plastic ties. Once at the hotel you need scissors or a knife to open it, and guess what, because of security, your sharp objects are inside the luggage! I understand that it creates jobs, but frankly I cannot see the added value of this procedure in terms of security... On the light side, there is a very formal notice listing people excluded from security procedures, including the President, [...] former prime ministers and their spouses (!), and .... the Dalai Lama!

Cons: Seat in front of mine was broken - too leaned backwards to me. Though they notified to prepone the flight time by 15 minutes but in reality it was delayed by 20 minutes!
Pros: No use of booking spicemax .. you are treated just like another passenger. No priority on anything.

Cons: The legroom was amusing at best. Had an exit row seat that wasn’t as wide as even a normal economy seat. It was a cheap and short flight, but I won’t choose to fly this airline ever again.

Cons: The check-in staff at the counter give the first impression, and my impression was that they were stressed. Perhaps they need more support. The cabin crew was very pleasant and professional. The aircraft was clean. We arrived in Delhi without complications. The luggage was quickly delivered. Will fly with them again.
