Pros: Pasamos una situación la cual no quisieron bregar

Cons: Tame charged me because my ID number was not in reservation when checking in. I always fly this route and never had this issue. I later spoke to another Tame agent and he said that he would have resolved without having to charge me. Poor customer service from Tame.

Pros: It was quick boarding

Cons: The flight was delayed. It also had a gate change.

Pros: On time

Cons: I was charged and extra 11.20 for 6 people for the passport numbers not being entered ahead of time. When the flight was booked there was not even a slot open for that information. When explaining that to the person at the counter she said, "well either you pay it or you dont board the plane."

Cons: The connection in NY was over 5 hours. No place to wait in the Aeroflot terminal. No lounge. No restaurants. No sympathy from Aeroflot. 3 hours in hard plastic chairs. Check in at least allowed us access to a nice waiting area.

Cons: If they would have blankets for us, the plane was too cold

Cons: No leg room couldn't even move, old plane, 2 hours delayed, had to pay extra money because according to the airline I did not have my passport number on my reservation.

Cons: The fact that I lost my flight because website vayama changed my flight itinerary and didn't airlines know

Miserable

Pros: I liked that it was nonstop, but the time was terrible - 1:45am.

Cons: Everything took way too long and the flight was uncomfortable. Since it was an overnight flight, I was hoping to sleep. There was absolutely no sleep to bechad. The seats were tiny, they barely reclined, so getting into a comfortable position was impossible.. One child (about 4 or 5 years old) wouldn’t stop crying or talking loudly or playing some noisy game on her parent’s phone. The flight was jam-packed. Because I was feeling lousy - tired and irritated - I just couldn’t eat much breakfast. Not in the moi to eat eggs at 6am. It’s really too bad, since the flight was fantastic from Nee York to Quito.

Cons: The monitors did not work and very old interior plane design.

Cons: We were told in flight had been cancelled in their system, and had to wait 30 minutes for them to rectify a problem that we did not cause. We sat on the tarmac for two hours-the pilot did not say why. Service was. Horrible? No toilet tissue in bathrooms, plane leaking, no cushions on some seats....horrible experiemce

Pros: They were able to get me seat up front

Cons: The delayed boarding really bummed my nephew and I. We were arriving late in Guayaquil and understood the risk of arriving late but this made things much worse.

Cons: Incompetent corrupt bankrupt government run airline. They tried to switch flights canceled flights change itineraries and do whatever they could do to charge additional fees I will never travel with Tame airlines again
