They had no capability to cancel. They refer you to a page that doesn't exist. Then they do not respond until after your reservation date, and they tell you that you cannot cancel after the reservation date. Even though you were trying to cancel prior.

WhatsApp wasn’t answered, no one at pick up point, needed to pay extra insurance as they don’t see kayak insurance payment, girl came 20 mins late with obnoxious attitude, stood in the rain as no office to fill forms in, car was old and many many scratches and dirty! Won’t use this company again!!

Had a small scratch and the fine is unacceptably high compare to actual cost! It is so unfair for the customer which should actually be investigated by consumer rights authorities. Believe this is probably one of their main revenue stream rather then the rental itself.

Scam! Advertised “mini” with pic of Mini Cooper. Delivered a compact car, Toyota Vios. Could have rented this from another company for much less money. And the car looked like it had been through a war zone.
