Air Asia will be my choice of airline when I fly to Asia every 6 to 8 weeks. Thank you for your good service.
Nice experience
I really like air Asia. The flights are running very professionally and both of my flights this last time got in early. Planes were clean. The staff was very professional and helpful. I understand they were supposed to be a budget airline but they don’t act like they’re a budget airline.
cheap and on time
Quick boarding, on time . No hassle glight
Landing to Hanoi in time Seat not reclining -Cabin design very dull
Pros: Early arrival and on time departure
Cons: They do not necessarily seat minor children with their parents. Much bigger fight to get them to seat families together, which should be standard practice in the age of COVID. Below average legroom. Much less than in America and elsewhere.
Pros: crew followed covid-19 protocol very well
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Staff must friendly
Pros: Didn’t even get to go!
Cons: Them giving me a refund
Pros: Everything was very fast and efficient.
Pros: Comfortable seats, clean plane. On time.
Cons: The crew just sat in the back. They practically did nothing. Recommend you offer pillows and blankets on night flights.
Pros: The professionalism of the airline crew.
Cons: Taking off on time. It was a bumpy lift off and a bumpy landing. Other than that the flight was good.
Pros: The flight was on time and efficient
Cons: The place was old and very dirty. There was no drink service.
Pros: Crew did not do much
Cons: More service. Free water
Cons: Boarding should improve. Other airports board Hot Seats first.
Cons: It costs more to check a bag than it does to book a ticket, this airline is a rip off
Pros: Fast and efficient.
Pros: afforadable fares
Cons: cleaner cabin. There was visible stains on the floor in front of my seats and I'm supposed to put my bag there.
Cons: Always the same problem - not enough leg room.
Cons: Nothing is free. You must pay for everything INCLUDING a glass of water.
Pros: Relatively inexpensive and on time.
Cons: Absolutely no customer support. No one to call or contact. In theory, they have a contact through Facebook but no one picks up. If you book through a major third party agency, you cannot log onto their system to make changes like add baggage. At the airport, they told me the only way to ask them is to come to the airport. How environmentally unfriendly and generally inconvenient. Especially in these days where such online services should be easy.
Pros: Smiling srewardess
Cons: IF MY BAGGAGE WASNT LOST
Cons: On time
Pros: Not much
Cons: The check in, the ticket agent the service at baggage window the fact they over charge me for baggage the attitude and unwillingness to help or answer questions will never fly this airline again
Cons: Better customer service, very rude ground and in flight staff
Pros: It's a cheap flight and wasn't really suppose to nice and comfortable.
Cons: The delay was scary as I had a connecting flight. And they don't really communicate and let you know what's going on.
Pros: The crew was eventually accommodating. I am pregnant and asked if I could stretch out on the empty row behind us. However, it was an emergency row and no, we weren't allowed. Eventually, they offered me a seat with an empty seat next to it. The other passenger in the row wasn't very happy with me sitting there. One of the stewards offered me the back row to stretch out. There was no one sitting there. I don't know why that wasn't one the first options. But I'm thankful that I was able to lay down and sleep.
Cons: The cabin is very crowded. No food or drinks are provided so be prepared to pay or bring your own.
On board Thai AirAsia flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 56x36x23cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Thai AirAsia assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
