The car. It was nice and clean and easy to drive.Cons:
The fact that we were limited to only 300km which really restricted where we could go and what we could see. Also what really annoyed me was that I arrived late due to flights delayed so I asked weather I could return the car later and was told no because it was booked out at 13:00 that day which is fair enough. But to my disbelief I walked past where I had dropped the car off at 14:00 and the car was still there. I really don't appreciate being lied to by the customer facing staff and would never use them again because of this.7.2 Good

No one available at drop off. For a city the size of Tromso and an airport with heavy traffic, not having an office open on Sunday is unusual. It was unclear why there was a large advertisement for a company or something on the doors of the car - should have gotten a discount for double use of the car!Avis
