The price was very good, drop off easy and quick, people speak English which unusual in Turkey.Cons:

Your site has failed my trust. You sold me a Allianz Global Assistance insurance. Policy: Rental Car Protection. Policy No.: EUSP2109505133. Budget did not recognize this insurance and said it was null and void as far as they are concerned. They made me sign a disclaimer that I have not purchased any insurance and that all accidents will be paid by me. Such bad service at reception, they told me that I needed to pay for insurance again after buying insurance on Kayak. Then the car wasn’t filled with fuel as stated on the website. I then also had to pay extra when I brought the car back to SAW airport for the parking8.0 Very good
