Pros: The price was very good, drop off easy and quick, people speak English which unusual in Turkey.
Cons: Pick up takes more than half hour even it’s was not busy, agent was very slow. The car was luxury but was dirty from inside, the floor mats dirty.

Excellent Service
Pros: Easy pickup and drop off process. New and very clean car.
Cons: They told me that my reservation doesn't have even basic insurance and they asked me to buy one. I agreed to buy the insurance but it turned out later that they let me buy full insurance. I really got confused about that.

Misleading trust, selling not recognized Allianz Global Assistance
Pros: The car company Budget was Ok.
Cons: Your site has failed my trust. You sold me a Allianz Global Assistance insurance. Policy: Rental Car Protection. Policy No.: EUSP2109505133. Budget did not recognize this insurance and said it was null and void as far as they are concerned. They made me sign a disclaimer that I have not purchased any insurance and that all accidents will be paid by me. Your company is promoting misleading insurance products, you are deceiving customers

Great, but some staff needs to be more professional
Pros: Great service, office is inside of the arrival area, shuttle service to pickup point just outside
Cons: On pick up the guy who delivered the car didn’t want to mark the scratches from the car, I had to call someone else to do it. Also the car smells cigarettes

Pros: It was a new BMW 5 series, great on the highway and great on gas
Cons: overcharged on my credit card. Should have been $1810.00 Turkish Lira and my card was charged $3810.00. Now I have to mess around with this to correct it from another country which is never fun.
