Book Payless car rentals in Istanbul

Pros: No they were very bad and I ended up not getting the car.

Cons: The staff should be more friendly and not profiteerers

Cons: They ripped me off. Made me pay more than what I did with kayak

I am totally sad and angry

Pros: When I arrived to airport I went to Payless office at airport as per my reservation but they informed me that no any car available and they totally refused to help me FYI It’s first time to visit Turkey

Cons: I would like to inform u that I will not deal with your site again and I will inform every person I know about your bad service Plus I will post at Facebook

Bad service

Pros: The car was in good condition

Cons: Such bad service at reception, they told me that I needed to pay for insurance again after buying insurance on Kayak. Then the car wasn’t filled with fuel as stated on the website. I then also had to pay extra when I brought the car back to SAW airport for the parking

Cons: They charge me 2 times for insurance and the payless custumer service didn't help me att all. I will never rent a car from this page and payless.

Make sure what car you get before signing

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Classification of the cars is terrible. How come car A and car B can be considered as the same class cars as car A’s price is double of car B??? And they tell you that they will give you car A, But in the last minute try to give you car B. I cancelled booking. And I really am doubtful about renting again from Payless!! Those who want to rent must make sure what car they will get you

Terrible in all means

Cons: Didn't get the car I asked for or similar as I booked, also I requested full to full I got empty and was panicked cause I couldn't find a gas station near by in the middle of the night. Not very helpful staff! Payless never again!

Cons: They refused to rent a car to me. They told me that they don't have a car to rent.

Cons: they don't honor online pricing, they overcharged and force you to take insurance. Car was dirty, damaged and had no gas.

Terrible experiencr

Cons: Even though I made the reservation for Saturday and had a confirmation number, when I went to the counter at the airport I wad told I could not rent a car for less than three days. Terrible experience cost me two hours of frustration until I ended up finding a bus. I tried to get in touch with the company but they have no email and never tweeted.
