Well appointed hotel conveniently located with helpful and friendly staff.
Comfortable room with good space.
Elevator system is awkward at first. If in a rush, new user is going to be confused. Was stuck on my floor for 10 minutes waiting for elevator and couple is elevator that came said they had gotten stuck in the elevator. One of the bathroom lights didn't work.
Great location in Vancouver
I liked the elevators assignment and the nature walk to the club level. The bed was amazing!!
The shower. The faucet coming from the ceiling was an adjustment.
I've stayed here many times and like the quality of the property, including rooms, how well connected it is to amenities, including the Skytrain station next door, and it has a nice fitness facility that's available 24/7.
Great place to stay
The hotel in located in Downtown Vancouver, walking distance to many Restaurants ,shopping and Cruise ship peer.
Location ,Quality of the hotel rooms.
Great location for exploring the city
Helpful staff and a Starbucks in the lobby
Water was a bit pricey
Fine, except for the wifi and the thermostat
Everything was generally good except for the wifi and thermostat in the room
The "free" internet service in the room was unusable. I could connect, but the connection would drop after a minute or so. Could not reconnect without rebooting my laptop. The process would then repeat itself. Called tech support, who wanted to make configuration changes to my computer. Given this property is the only place where I've ever had a problem, I declined -- and went down to the lobby to use Starbucks' wifi. Also, could not get the room cool enough. Woke up in the middle of the night perspiring. A find this is a common issue in hotels these days with the occupancy sensing thermostats, but at this property the issue extended even to active periods in the room -- even with the temperature set to 65.
They refused to honor elite status or give Hyatt points for the stay. I am old Diamond member which is now called Globalist. But no privileges are extended for those booking through Kayak.
Great service and high quality rooms.
Rooms need more plug ins, especially since one were found near the desk.

The location was great both for the event that I attended and for the shopping locally.
Well I did book room with a kingsize bed which I did not get.I did not make a fuss about it but if a request was specifically made, then it should be honored.
