Cons: Just a little mold on the grout in the bathroom.

Cons: There was construction going on across the street. No fault of the hotel but did make for a mixed view. Shows that the city is bustling and the concierge immediate apologized to each new guest instead of making excuses for it.

Cons: Busy street during day because of near by building construction but not really an issue. Still quiet in room!

Cons: Frustrated with Smart TV that never worked even with tablet replaced. Called for help but problem wasn't fixed, wanted to movie at end of day and was unable too.

Cons: bathroom light switch out in the hall far from bathroom. bathroom door will not stay open. noisey. room half empty. plastic floors.

Cons: Beds weren't as comfortable for me. My husband loved them. I thought the hotel was a bit pricey for a Residence inn.

Cons: In what our needs were for this trip, the location was excellent. Walking distance to everything we came to experience.

Cons: I felt the bed was too hard for my liking. It wasn't lumpy at all but definitely too firm. Finding the parking garage was a bit of a chore as well

Cons: Had booked 2 rooms and paid in advance. On arrival only showed one room booked. Staff worked to correct issue but only after turning attention to other parties who arrived at counter then came back to us. Poor Signage walled past the Hotel. Very poor continental breakfast , appears added as a after thought, not enough room or selection. Common areas on floor were not environmental regulated areas were hot and muggy

Cons: Pool, fitness room, and all amenities that make a 4-star hotel a 4-star hotel were unavailable. Staff was hardly accommodating. Room deco was very outdated and not completely clean.

Cons: Hotel is a few floors in a tall building...not a 4 or 5 star experience...harbor view was partial...breakfast very minimal,better at a sleep inn...furniture worn and outdated...not romantic

Cons: I paid $48 per day for parking. Then I got a parking ticket for $68. Ridiculous! The day we arrived, the carpet next to the bed was soaking wet. The cleaning ladies also didn’t replenish supplies such as coffee, coffee mugs, etc. Considering how much we paid for our room, I would expect everything to be perfect.

Cons: The room was not clean. One bed had fresh blood stains on the sheets. We called housekeeping to address and they did that night. But they also suggested that if our sleep wasn't too important that they could change the bed in the morning. We had them change the bedding immediately. We never heard from anyone else so de "tested" the maid by leaving some unkempt areas for verification. Example, a used coffee pod in the Keurig. She didn't remove it. Gross. Won't stay here again.

Cons: That they charge extra for the internet.

Cons: Parking and the Internet is expensive.

Cons: They charge extra for wifi ($15 standard, $20 premium) which seems a little ridiculous these days. The chairs in the room looked nice but weren't very comfortable when I just wanted to sit and watch a little television. The interior was very traditional not modern in any way.

Cons: Experience at Spa with our daughter who is undergoing Treatment was a disaster!! I picked this hotel because of the spa but her mani & pedi and the technician was aweful! She also had a massage which she did enjoy!! I bought WiFi $19.95/day didn't work! Talked to a call centre in Missiouri - said he reboot server/ still didn't work! Disappointed but the overall hotel we did enjoy- beds , rooms, etc.

Cons: TV remote was too hard to read, & sometimes didn't work! However, the electrician was quick to arrive!

Cons: They charge extra for wifi, they charge extra for using the business center (but you can ask the concierge to print and they will not charge you). I did not find the front desk to be friendly or accommodating. The double room is essentially two twin beds. The rooms are rather small.

Cons: Wifi should be included at no extra charge.

Cons: The cleaning left something to be desired. The toilet had obviously not been wiped down and there was hair in the shower. The sheets had been changed and windows wiped down - so it was okay...but it could use some work. Parking - When I checked in they said they could add parking at $17/day to my bill. I was fine with that - but when I got the receipt with taxes and fees it was more like $22/day. I would have been fine with the $22/day - but be upfront about it. Either say it is $17/day and stick with that or say it is $17/day plus taxes and fees. It put a sour note on the check out experience.

Cons: We booked 2 rooms. They were described as the exact same room, with 2 double beds and a pullout couch. But one was much bigger - at least twice the size with a pullout couch, the othe rmuch smaller with just a chair - no couch! There was no ice machine, so you had to order ice. There was no charge, but it's customary to tip so there really is a cost, and it took a long time for 1 small bag of ice to come -about 20-30 minutes! The check in staff were not very friendly. It was nice to have a lounge at the hotel, but the service was very slow and the food pretty good, but way over priced for what it was. There was no elevator from the parking. We had to walk up/down a couple flights of stairs to get to the elevator - really weird.

Cons: Hotel is a bit dated. Carpet was damaged in our room. Very modest for the price- but the location was so great

Cons: Not the cleanest room I have been in (dusty, bit of mould), very slow lifts and long waiting times, staff could be friendlier (but then again, so could Vancouver as a whole).

Cons: The cushion cover for the couch was pulling apart. Wish we had not been put in a pet friendly room, as we did not have a pet.

Cons: The bed was horrible way too hard , the a.c. didn't work, we agreed not to go back

Cons: rooms are very dated with furniture 10-15 years out of date. Bed mounted on a squeaky wooden box setup. Definitely need to put some money in to updating of the floors!

Cons: The rooms could use some remodelling, they're kinda heading towards rundown and the layout for the double suites feels awkward, then the vent in the bathroom was just noisy and useless. The elevators need a serious overhaul... they even set off the fire alarm, and then on checkout day only one elevator was working, which made for 15 minute delays across the board.

Cons: Getting the run around by Kayak, Get a Room and Century plaza Hotel and Spa. Being offered a room of the same value in a different city. when a person reserves room in a city they usually want to be in that city. Greedy corporate pricks!

Cons: The remodel it's annoying, reception staff no gentle or helpful. Service staff was really nice. It's a 3 stars hotel with a high price of luxury

Cons: The first morning we were woken up to the cleaners trying to get in our room multiple times with the key, it wasnt even 9am, (we were moving to another room the second night so we had to be out of there not until 11, we had two reservations for the two nights due to a free night and both nights were not booked in same room) the second morning,again, woken up around 8 to someone saying they were there for our bags, wrong room

Cons: The hotel was very noisy i could hear the people next door through the wall We could hear doors slamming maid woke us up to clean the room
