Boarding went smoothly, the crew was ok, free coffee and tea. However the seat comfort is 0. The space between seats was not enough to have your own window, which I have never seen before.

We purchased tickets with baggage. Was forced to pay for baggage.
Pros: Nothing. Very disappointed in the customer service and willingness to understand that we already paid for baggage, yet forced us to pay again.
