Pros: Flight was punctual. While the crew did their job, they didn't seem as friendly as usual with Air Astana.
Cons: The Boeing 757 is a narrow cramped aircraft for such along flight. It would be good to have an aircraft with not so narrow seats, such as the A320 or A321 or B767 on longer routes. No boarding announcement at Almaty - they just opened the door and you had to "know" that it was time to board.review from

Cons: The flight attendants ignored me every time they serve drinks. Even when I push the button it took them 10 minutes to get there and then they forgot to bring my water. I had to ask again. There were some Kazak people in front of me, it did not even take two minutes to bring their water. I don't understand, I guess staff is afraid of speaking in English. The aircraft was old and not comfortable.review from
