Pros:Air India service was terrible, seat was very uncomfortable and it was broken , not reclining. 16 hrs flight with uncomfortable seat and terrible service made me sick. Food was horrible , I got stomach bug and rightnow I m sick with stomach virus. Crew provided terrible service
Cons:Better crew, better food and comfortable seats with TV working.
