Cons: Checking in. I checked in about 22 hours before my flight and I still ended up on standby. When I arrived in the morning I asked about my seat assignment and still didn’t get one. I was physically in the airport. Checked in the night before with no seat assignment. I was in the airport 5 hours before the flight and still didn’t get a seat because I was told I was last to check in. I find that hard to believe. Something is very wrong with that. Cons: Delayed almost 2 hours because of late incoming plane, then delayed ANOTHER 45 minutes on runway because of "ground stop" at destination. According to quick web search, this ground stop had been announced hours previously, so there was no need to board us at that time! Would have been much more comfortable waiting in the terminal. Also, rear lavatory had awful smell (so much that crew had hung filter pod of coffee inside to try to mask smell!). No attempt made to make up for delays (e.g. on previous flights I have seen crews decide to make WIFI available for free)Reviewed Jun 2017review from
