I regret flying air Asia everytime I fly them. Baggage policy is a joke and the fact they issue mobile boarding passes but you can’t ever use them?? A waste of everyone’s time (you can only use them flying out of bangkok or KL)

The worst flying experience on an intrnarnional flight

It’s THE worst international flying experience I have had. I will avoid this airline.

Flight was delayed twice.

Actually my flight from Hing Kong to Kuala Lumpe has been cancelled and I don’t see the refund of my airfare. Thats my comment of your Company and please follow up。

The crew is good, but the flight delayed and there is two passengers keep talking during the flight

I don’t fly also same as previous no refund even it’s airlines or agency mistake

I don’t travel I need my ticket back until now am with so many communication daily to get my refund

100% dislike due to last minutes flight cancellations and terrible customer service experience. Do notice us early at least 24 hours before departure time.

Pros: I was not accepted by the airline and I didn't get any assistance aside from getting out of the airport. Tried calling and all they can say is we cannot do anything

Cons: after booking, air asia changed the flight schedule back teo hours. Then on travel day the flight was delayed another hour. So we arrived around midnight. Air Asia Is somewhat annoying as they’re always trying to sell you something during the flight

Cons: GROUND STAFF LETTING ME CHECK IN AS I HAD NO BAGS AND WAS GIVEN HALF HOUR TO GET ACROSS 4 TERMINALS TO MAKE FLIGHT. MISSED BY 5 MINUTES AND GROUND STAFF VERY UNACCOMODATING
