So pick up was perfect. Drop off we were approached by someone who wanted the keys, no uniform no ID and when we asked for ID and said we would follow instructions and leave keys in key drop, the staff got shirty with something to the effect of ‘fine walk to the terminal see if I care’ and was very rude. It would have been the worst if they were scammers and the car got taken…. Very disappointing. We were simply looking after your carReviewed 2023 Aug 28

At the service desk there was an extra charge of $10 per day for an additional driver. Annoying considering my partner was the only one who drove the car but because the booking was under my name and card we had to pay it.Reviewed 2023 Apr 21

Signage for the company at Adelaide airport was woeful! We walked between the terminal and the car area three times before another company staff member told us where the desk was situated. When we finally found the desk, we mentioned it to the staff member who said they are trying to get a sign made for customers to see. Not trying hard enough really. A4 with a texta pen would have been sufficient. The check in was very slow....due to the computer. We advised we would be needing the car for one less day and asked for a refund (prepaid). Staff advised we would have to go through the third party that we had booked with. A long story but looks like we will not be seeing that money again. The car was fine a Kona. Drove well no issues. We will not be using Alamo or the third party to book a car again. Sorry.Reviewed 2022 Jun 06

The car was clean and worked well. The signage of the airport 'office' is not visible enough. One of the staff didn't seem to know everything about his job, however the others were very friendly and professional.Reviewed 2022 Apr 11
