Crew very good
On a long, hot summer flight, only two beverage services in six hours. Also, with COVID still with us, sanitary wipes should be provided so passengers can wipe down armrests, snack tables, etc.
They lost our luggage on a non stop flight And checked in more than an hour before the flight took off
The food could have been better and in flight entertainment could be a bit faster while loading and lags less.
2.5 hours late.
Customer service at gate
Very smooth and fast travel experience. Would definitely fly with Alaska Airlines again.
One of those slow airport days and crew was great, flight was ahead of time, plane wasn’t packed, we were spoiled instead of the crew sitting back and relaxing. 9.9 out of 10.0 only because we made a 1 hop landing and I’m really reaching to give some constructive criticism.
I was a little over an hour early to check in & check 1 bag. I was told that my flight was already too full to check my bag so I would have to wait for another flight (on stand by). I originally had a direct flight to my destination but then had to to have a layover. In total I had to wait (and hope) I would be able to catch a flight by “stand by” 3 times that day! I was later told by several employees yhafvthat should have never happened which did not make me feel any better. By the way, my flight was on American Airlines, not Alaskan- I should have known then that it was not going to be easy travels.
Everything went well. Thank you!
There were a lot of people coughing in the plane and they weren’t wearing masks.
My favorite airline!
The snacks were great and the landing was pretty concerning.
A flight over 2 hours should be provided an onboard meal other than just snack food.
There was no TV, but as it was a night flight it was alright as we tried to sleep. There was no food, only a mini snack
Flight crew was attentive and friendly.
Alaska is my favorite airline, for service, for cleanliness, for taking me places I need to go. Thank you for a wonderful first trip since COVID.
Confusing to book and check in. You book with Alaska and fly on American Eagle. Be sure to check in with American Airlines and use their flight numbers and confirmation numbers - NOT the Alaska Airlines information.
The flight landed in Newark 30 minutes early, but we weren’t able to get off the airplane for about 90 minutes or so, due to poor management of gates
I had multiple airline itinerary, American Airlines got delayed at Charlotte and we sat on tarmac for 1 hr which caused us to miss our Alaskan airline connection in San Diego but Alaskan chat feature was awesome, just few minutes before take off, I was able to rebook Myself in the next connecting flight, I made it home as I intended even though it was long.
So smooth, so easy, so on time. Comfy small plane too I liked it all. Maybe more places to sit in SEATAC
Didn't get refunded.
It was a flight. Nobody died. Nobody fought. It was fine.
no seatback entertainment
They had one person helping the entire economy line checkin.
We had carryons only as getting on and off the plane quickly was important. Instead we had to check in our carryons. Why sell tickets and say that 1 carry on per passenger is allowed. When it’s not! Flight is always oversold and people have to be inconvenienced by waiting at baggage claim. Charge a bit more but deliver what you say you will.
On board Alaska Airlines flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 55x35x22cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Alaska Airlines assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
Alaska Airlines offers direct flights to 94 cities in 4 different countries. Seattle, Anchorage, and Los Angeles are the most popular cities covered by Alaska Airlines.
Alaska Airlines concentrates most of its flight operations in Seattle.
