On time, great attitudes , and smiles from the crew, sweet apple juice, perfect take off and Landing
Nothing, you guys always do a great job.
Easy, quick, efficient flight as advertised.
Why doesn't the back of the plane board 1st? If u have a seat assign., why board the front 1st so they clog the aisles. On this flight, I did not have a seat assign. I got the last row. During taxiing, takeoff & early flight, the flight attendants sat in the back having a coffee klatch. Very annoying! 😡 They did not ck for seatbelts or seat backs upright which the person in front of me had reclined immediately b4 takeoff. A very poor impression! 👎👎
Because of the airline changed flight schedules, they shortened my time with my family a day. They offered m to change the flights - on a holiday week there is nothing available. VERY DISAPPOINTING
The staff was professional, accommodating & entertaining. One of the flight attendants is a 10 year veteran & was absolutely amazing interacting with youngsters. Observing her put a smile in my face. Kudos to her and her fellow crew members.
The crew were excellent!!! The seats in coach are waaay to cramped!!! American carriers have, in general, tried to maintain a balancing act between customer service and a healthy bottom line. They've failed, in some cases miserably, and all the marketing propaganda can't change the experience. Alaska Airlines has made a valiant effort to give its customers the best possible experience, and it shows most of all in your crew, their attitude and their approachability. I appreciate and applaud that effort. You seem to be doing your best to play a bad hand with good results.
All good
the best airline we have used in the USA
The FA's were fabulous, attentive, cheery, take pride in their vocation. The check in process was fast, orderly, etc save weight adjusted seat changes which respected aisle, window preference. The plane seemed new, clean. No free included food, fee based food options were average, free beverage. Could not get the entertainment App to work on my device. It seems other passengers were having the same issue. All in all a pleasant, efficient, restful flight made memorable by a keen, efficient, professional and very nice group of flight attendants.
Excellent service from check-in in Boise to landing in Burbank!
This was the first time I have flown Alaska Airlines and it was a great experience. The seats were comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the boarding process was clear and easy. I liked that my flight was straight, with no layovers. I will most likely fly Alaskan again, if I have the chance.
on time and crew was upbeat and provided friendly service
all good
We had a very good experience on Alaska Airlines. Everything ran like clockwork . I was pleasantly surprised that we were on time and this was the worst time to fly - Thanksgiving

Excellent leg room and seat comfort. No entertainment
great service wifi connection was poor but the flight attendants gave me some beers to make it up to me
flight was delayed 3 hours in chicago due to being pulled from a hangar and then a tire change had to disembark plane on the stop in seattle the app did not work in confirming me into another flight had to leave the terminal to get to ticketing to change the flight and once at the flight they could not accommodate me on the flight so i had to take the next flight at 550 from seattle all in all a terrible experience

We spent an hour doing nothing fully boarded.
A ratger rude female flight attendant
Or having any drink service seems kinda lame I’ve been on a hundred flights less than 40 minutes than managed to at least do a quick pass through, especially in first class.
Let’s see, where to begin? Oh with boarding. The Alaska Airlines gate attendant couldn’t speak english. No one could understand her announcements. There were two lanes, confusing. What was billed as First class on the seat choice chart was really just premium. I did get free drinks (2 beers -though they only came through the cabin twice). Had to buy an $11 snack box that was inedible (raw nuts and a friit bar). There was some kind of medical emergency by the rear bathrooms midflight, but we couldn’t use the front bathroom (even though in premium). Worst was entertainment. No touch screens - you were supposed to use your phone. But wifi fizzled after about 5 minutes into my movie. Good thing i brought a magazine! We did take off and land on time. But i’ll never get those 6.5 hours back. I’ll never fly alaska again, sorry.
The cabin crew wasn't friendly. The restroom was locked for a large portion of the flight
We didn’t have any entertainment, but it was a very short flight. We also sis to have any food except the free beverages and pretzels.
If I compare Alaska airlines with Amercan, JetBlue and Southwest, Alaska is a winner for me. Since boarding to destination (4.45 hours), they greet immediately I enter the airplane, the service, the flight attendants were very polite and show to the passengers they like their work. When arrive the whole tribulation was in front giving thanks for flying in Alaska. Never saw this in others airlines, and is my four time flying with then and sure is not the last.
Excellent crew! So polite and attentive, very impressed. Clean cabin. Love this airline!
Smooth!
Plenty of legroom. No food except a small packet of pretzels. Late takeoff.
On board Alaska Airlines flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 55x35x22cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Alaska Airlines assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
