Cons:

The office where i rented had been closed for months and i was still able to make the reservation. The day i was to get the car i calked to confirm and only got a recording. When i got to the address And they we’re not in business, I called enterprise and I called priceline. Enterprise told me they did not even have me in their system at all I talk to an enterprise office in the next town away and they told me there was nothing they could do for me and that I needed to go online and make another reservation or I needed to call another enterprise office that was about an hour away from my location and I did not have a vehicle. It was a stressful day.

I had reserved the car for a 9a pickup. I arrived at 9:09a. I rang the "ring for service" bell several times. No one responded. Someone from the collision repair shop that is in the same building went to look for Julie, the Hertz associate. She couldn't find her. Then they page her. She still didn't show. They tried to call her cell and didn't get a response. Finally, at 9:25, she came out of a backroom. She was surprised that I was there. When the paperwork was completed, she told me I was in a white Honda, when it was actually a silver Nissan, so she had to walk me out to the car to get the right one. Because of these delays, I was 30 minutes late getting to the airport, and I had to rush to make my flight.
