Cons:
The Pellston airport doesn't have any signage indicating where you drop your car off or where you go to hand in the keys. I realize it is a small airport but seriously--its 2017. Get a sign.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
I prepaid and tried to change my reservation and was told by Budget that I could not. They overcharged me a lot for days I didn't use. Awful experience AND AN EXPENSIVE RIP OFF.10.0 Wonderful

The rental desk is just a few steps from the disembarking gate and luggage pick-up. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The vehicle was in brand new condition, and the return was lighting fast.10.0 Wonderful

see said they only hold reservations for two hours. ? i dont see any 2 hour notes in my reservation, i was driving in from NY, road construction on the riad tooo Pelston, "she would see what she could di"". She did have a car, she did not explain anything on the forms10.0 Wonderful

I reserved the car online to pick up at 8 am the following morning, and return at 4 pm. When I arrived at the office at a little after 8 am, I was told that the associate had received a text that a car would not be available, until 3 pm. Since this would not work for me at all, I declined a car.6.4 Okay

Cons:
Very poor service at Pellston Airport. Had to wait over 45 minutes for attendant/employees (all three of them) to return to desk to pick up the car. This was not around lunch time, but late afternoon, and all three left the desk completely unattended with a "will return at" clock, and all returned together. They didn't return until 15 minutes after the sign said. No apologies or explanation given. Windshield had a crack, and fender had a pretty good sized dent, that the employees missed and wouldn't have included on the damage report had we not insisted it be put on the rental information.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Cons:
The office where i rented had been closed for months and i was still able to make the reservation. The day i was to get the car i calked to confirm and only got a recording. When i got to the address And they we’re not in business, I called enterprise and I called priceline. Enterprise told me they did not even have me in their system at all I talk to an enterprise office in the next town away and they told me there was nothing they could do for me and that I needed to go online and make another reservation or I needed to call another enterprise office that was about an hour away from my location and I did not have a vehicle. It was a stressful day.9.6 Wonderful

Pros:
When we picked up the first rental car, I was shocked by the $250 deposit. I didn't see it listed on Kayak, so I figured they weren't charging one because I was over 25. Well that rule isn't real! Haha! Luckily, the very friendly (and somehow always attractive) staff at enterprise helped work with me to make the deposit more manageable. After a few days, and a few hundred miles, the car started to chug at stops and would even stall if the RPMs got too low. We were able to swap it out very quickly for an even more comfortable car that got even better gas mileage with a little help from some more very friendly (and still attractive) enterprise staff. All around the staff was very helpful and courteous.Cons:
The first car, the Chevy sonic, had, hopefully, the most uncomfortable seats in existence. I was so happy to be able to swap it out.10.0 Wonderful
