Cons: The thin walls, rumbling cars, and aggressive hotel guests with laundry problems.

Cons: Noise level in our room. The room above us had children running back and forth for hours.

Cons: Overpriced for the accommodations! No exhaust fan in bathroom!

Cons: The alarm clock went off twice during the night - once at 3:00 and once at 3:15. Having flown in from 30 hours of travel from overseas, looking for a good night stay was the intention. The staff was unsympathetic and completely removed from the reality of the housekeeping blunder. Having not slept but 3 hours that night, their best offer was a gift card to stay again, stating that "We can't give you a refund - you used it, plus we could have rented the room to someone else." Give me a break.

Cons: The institutional toilet was a surprise, since the other amenities in our room were nice. Very loud noise when flushing. The restaurant staff - slow, maybe overwhelmed (understaffed) and incorrect' additions' on the breakfast bill. Sky high prices, too.

Cons: Charged for parking and no room for parking staff did not communicate where to park. Heater would make large banging sound. Neighbors were loud.

Cons: The hotel does not have a pool and the spa is difficult to get information on as well as access to. Also, there is no valet parking.

Cons: No breakfast, very slow wifi, elevators antiquated, rooms small and not comfortable.

Cons: The hotel was a bit spendy and we were kind of disappointed that they didn't have an indoor pool. They also did not offer any form of free breakfast, and for the price of booking a night there, the breakfast we ordered wasn't the greatest quality.

Cons: Bathtub was dated, awkward and mildew stains, no shuttle, no pay per view.

Cons: There were stains on the floor of my room that people may not like. The rest of the room was good though. It isn't super modern of a room.

Cons: The hotel smelled, ice was only in the fourth floor. To make it worse there were no cups in the room. Non at all.

Cons: When we walked into the motel, there were people sleeping on the couches in the entry way with their luggage, children running around in and out of the pool area, screaming and hollering. The pool hours didn't seem to make a bit of difference, and they put is in a room directly across from the pool.

Cons: The internet was "down" for three of our four days there and they didn't seem to care about fixing it. Seemed to be a little irritated that I would ask when it was going to be fixed. The swimming pool and hot tub were out of order for 2.5 of our four day stay and again they couldn't tell me when it would be functional and didn't seem to care. We were there with a grandson and the swimming was one of the main reasons we selected this motel. The front desk people were nice but were young and not very experienced or helpful. I believe there is a management problem and generally a lack of customer service. The price also was too high as compared to other area motels.

Cons: The carpet wasn’t vacuumed and there was some kind of stain near the door.

Cons: Paint peeling in bathroom. Sinks dirty. Remote battery dead

Cons: As I told the staff upon checkout, please consider the extra expense that it would take to install toilet seat covers/lids & do not place the guests towels directly over the "otherwise open" toilet. It could not be too much for the added piece of mind for those spending their vacation (& our Anniversary) in your establishment.

Cons: My room (134) had a lot of noise from L street.

Cons: Didn't have hot water all weekend. Front desk made excuses as to why there was no hot water. Not the front desks fault for no hot water but didn't bother to try and make the situation any better either.

Cons: Noisy A/C. Price too high in light of property. Price jacked up for summer guests. What about us who are Honors people? Most Garden Inns have a cocktail hour and snacks for business travelers, but not this one.

Cons: Only one person at the front desk. We waited 20 minutes to check in, people behind us waited a lot longer.

Cons: I could hear the motors of the elevator running all night, very noisy. Police were in at 4:00 am pulling a tenant out of their room. It took an hour to do so which made it impossible to get any sleep.

Cons: The price for a cup of coffee

Cons: The bathroom didn't have exhaustion to air and the smell was terrible. The mattresses were awful and I woke up every day with pain in my back. They have a little convenient kitchen but no accessories, so I couldn't use that at all.

Cons: Left with 20 bug bites on my face, arms, and back...

Cons: The bed was the lumpiest thing I've ever slept on.

Cons: Our room (213) was atrocious. There was a broken window. We could not put down the window blinds because they would have blocked the air conditioner which was needed to make the stuffy room tolerable. Our room was not clean - we found an empty soda bottle on the floor near the window and a bag of trash under the sink. The instructional decal was missing from our shower so we had no idea how to operate the shower. All in all a very poor experience and a bad introduction to our "trip of a lifetime" to Alaska.

Cons: I booked the room early for $136.90 including taxes. My credit card was charged $151.90. I called Inlet Tower Hotel and Suites. I was told they charged $15.00 for incidental charges and it would come off my card in 35 business days. That was not mentioned any where in my booking ☹️

Cons: It was further from downtown than I had thought. But that was not bad. It was only a few blocks further. It was very noisy because you could hear the plumbing running from other units and in general there was not much buffering for noise from other rooms.

Cons: Mold on the ceiling in bathroom, no fan in bathroom, room smelled funny, didn't feel clean overall.

Cons: Definitely an older place that could use a little renovation, slow elevator, old (small) TV, had some issues with the front desk staff where they messed up my reservation information and then blamed me for the mess up - this was very frustrating and pretty much ruined the whole stay there.

Cons: This place was definitely out dated. Also, when we checked in, we were given a room that was already occupied! In talking with another guest in the lobby, this had happened to him too! Totally unacceptable...

Cons: Very old. My room needed a good deep cleaning. The lamp shade, window shade, bed skirt, arm chair and phone were filthy and stained. There were very limited outlets for my electronics. Caulking on tub was black and falling off.

Cons: The wifi was terrible. I could not get connected despite numerous attempts. I did not have this trouble at the airport at all. There I was connected immediately. Shower not working correctly.

Cons: Dirt in corners of bathroom. Everything else was excellent.

Cons: It wasn't the cleanest....the fridge had visible dirt in it. There were random brown splatters on the walls and ceiling. Hair in the bathroom (every where). Toilet and towels were about the only thing that was really clean in the bathroom. I will note the bedding was clean and smelled fresh! There is wonderful looking wallpaper on the walls and in the far corner (next to the bed I did not use) the entire corner of the wall is loose and you can lift it away from the studs in the wall. Every day I was there my key would not work (4 nights). It's kind of a pain to go from the 15th floor to get a new key. They blamed it on us because cell phones deactivate them however my boyfriend had it in his wallet the entire time. I had tried calling the night before my stay ended to see what time the shuttle left in the morning and no one would answer the front desk phone from 10pm-11pm. You can hear everything through the walls. Everything your neighbors do can be heard. Luckily we only had "neighbors" 2 of our 4 nights.

Cons: When I checked in the lady was rude and unprofessional

Cons: The room was filthy! We asked for an extra pillow and they were "out" the whole time we were there. If you want extra towels, you have to bring your dirty towels to the front desk and IF they have any they might let you have one. The kitchenette is not stocked with anything, but you can ask for some stuff...good luck getting any. I would not recommend this place.
