Every meal/snack included something with ham/pork - even the cookies had "swine fat" (which we only knew because we thoroughly checked the ingredients). There were no vegetarian options, and we had not been given the option of pre-selecting a meal when purchasing our tickets or checking in. That made for a VERY long flight. We were fortunate that we had brought our own snacks as back-up.

Great crew. Food - meeeehhhh and the seats curve forward?

Cons: Paid for business and Seats did not recline, not was there any entertainment provided from a flight from Lisbon Portugal to Boston. This was not a business international flight although it was sold and advertised as one. Awful.

Cons: I paid for business and there were no TVs or any entertainments from Portugal to Boston on Airbus 321. The seats barely reclined so basically I was charged for business and got a premium economy seat. They do not have a business section, never flying with them again.

Cons: Flight was delayed 2 hours and they never updated us while we were waiting or told us why. They changed planes and seat assignments without notice so the seats we selected we disregarded and we were not sitting next to each other. No entertainment and food was worst I’ve had on a plane.

Pros: Newer, clean interior. Seats had power plugs and the SATA Onboard entertainment app provided free movies, tv and music.

Cons: One of the male flight attendants was happy and engaging while the other was not friendly; and two of the female flight attendants were ok, while the younger two were unquestionably unfriendly.

Cons: Made us ship our carry on bags which we didn’t appreciate ! Even boarding early ! Did not being packed in busses then made to wait both at terminal and plane for long periods !

Pros: The flight was changed from 9:20pm to 4am. Then they bumped me to the next day because they oversold the flight. So I missed 1 1/2 days of my retreat.
