We only had 1hr connecting in Ft Lauderdale. Kayak should not have allowed this short a connection time, as FLL requires a change of terminal (exit the airport and get on a bus), so we missed our connecting flight home to San Diego.

The airplane from Houston to Rio and from Sao Paulo to Houston was way too cold for humans. I was fully bundled up with thick jeans, a hoodie, a jacket and, thin blanket provided and still I was freezing. The passengers near me were also complaining of the cold. The food was disgusting. It would be illegal to serve that food in jails in America. The crew was nice.

Pros: I loved that even during a pandemic, alcohol in glassware and full meals were served in business class (unlike other airlines, so I avoided them). The lighting looked nice, the crew was professional and attentive, and the bathroom was well maintained. The blanket and pillow were comfy as well. I like the 1-2-1 layout in business class, which leaves window seats with a lot of windows and privacy.
Cons: The headphones were not the most comfortable, sometimes the passenger moving around behind you will shake your seat too, and before take-off the plane was quite hot. Pros: The snacks were great! The check in staff was also really helpful. They even checked my companion and my bag for free.
