Poor service, they upgraded the vehicle because they didn't have any other cars then wanted to charge for the upgrade, vehicle was dirty, trash on floor in back seat smelled like cigarette smoke. Cancelled the vehicle it was so bad and went with another company, it cost almost double,but it was clean.Reviewed 2023 Dec 25

Pros:I was going to Albany NY, not Casper. Thought I had it resolved by phone but NO. Huge line in Albany. After 45 minutes finally waited on. Clerk was cranky, said it was my fault. Ended up paying 2X the quoted price for a dirty car.Cons:Cleaner car, reasonable price. More than one clerk at the counter. Train the staff to be empathic. Get decent staff on the phone that will do their job and make requested changes. I will never use budget again.Reviewed 2019 Jun 17

Drop off at Casper airportCons:When we went to drop off at the airport, the rental car drop wasn't actually at the airport as labeled. When we finally out the drop off location, it was closed even though they said they were open until 8pm. The door to the office was unlocked but no one there.Reviewed 2017 Jul 16
