Pros: The staff was friendly and looked for alternatives to help us out.
Cons: I was told I booked a tourist or foreigner price, so when I picked up the car it turned out to be wrong and much more expensive because I am a danish resident. This also changed the allocated kilometers so we had to end up changing the whole plan or we would have had to pay more than double of what we booked. The car was also dirty outside.
Pros: At the pickup I had to wait about 45 min in line because there was not enough agents to handle the demand.
Cons: More agnet when picking up the car.
Pros: I seem to have been upgraded and the car had very nice features. Seat warmers, Bluetooth, safety sensors... to name a few. Very nice.

3000$ despite insurance
Cons: I has Booker through the Internet and taken Full Insurance. When I have the car back, two Tony Stones had left marks on the windshield. They charged 3000$ to my credit card although they knew the damage repair would only cost max. 800£. Also, because I contracted the insurance at my Internet reservation, they wouldn't handle the claim directly with the insurance company, but I have to run after them. A NIGHTMARE!! Never again Avis or Budget.

Cons: The new off-site pickup. It’s easier and faster to walk 15 minutes there with all your bags than take the shuttle bus. There are (still) no clear instructions/key drop boxes for after-hours drop-offs, and that goes for most - if not all - remtal agencies on-site. I wish there was one staff in the car pick-up area in case of questions/swaps so one doesn’t have to go all the way back and wait in line at the desk.

Cons: Since they didn´t have the class ordered, tried to downgrade me to lower class. Immense line and very slow service at reception desk Lost a whole hour on the process of waiting in line and getting a different car when I realized I had been downgraded. Car dirty when picked up, hard to tell if dirt was damages or dirt Added gasoline to my bill even though I returned with tank full, have not responded to two email inquiries. Avoid Budget/Avis at Kastrup at all costs!
Great service as always
Pros: Desk is shared with Avis, so as an Avis Preferred customer, service was great as always. Price was also very reasonable.
Cons: Unfortunately, the car we ended up with was a Dacia Loady, which is in the same category as the Citroen C4 Grand Picasso, but lacks a whole load of comfort of the latter.
It was a horrible experience
Pros: The car
Cons: I had a flat tire, and there was no spare tire. It took them 5 hours to exchange the car on a rainy day with 4 adults and 5 kids. I had to go to the airport to pick up another car and go back to pick up my family with all the luggage from the street. All in all it set us back a lot because we lost time out of that day and it made us cancel our following day plans.
