Probably the worst customer service. Booked at a certain rate for an SUV. Got there, no SUV available, only a small sedan. Guess what? That's going to cost you more than the price you booked at for a lower quality car. Wait 10 minutes to be picked up and driven to the other side of the airport for the inspection. Car is given to us on flat Empty. "you need to fill it up right away". So not only did they charge us more than I booked for, they also scammed us into buying them gas!Reviewed 2024 Sept 03
