I specifically ordered a small car (described as “ mini or Fiat 500 or equivalent.” . There were no Fiat 500 or minis available nor any other compact cars. I was offered a larger car which I had to decline due to extremely narrow parking garage at my destination. After 30 mins a 2 door mini was finally found but I had to pay an extra €140 since it was considered a “ special” category (I don’t know why since it was 2 door, and basic ie not cabriolet, no parking camera etc). I asked for the charge to be waived but Budget refused!Reviewed 2023 May 03

Pros:The staff was fine. See issue below...Cons:I had an approved confirmation for my reservation. When I got to the airport, I was told by the Budget staff that my account is blocked (This did not know why) and therefore, they can't rent the car per the reservation. I had to rent a car in other company which cost me double the price. Really Bad.Reviewed 2019 Mar 24
