Staff left and closed office despite having my planned arrival in the system. Customer service refused to do anything. Ended up paying for taxi and Hotel myself. No posted number to call for late arrivals, service. Used Enterprise Rental the next day and they treated me like a human who matters. Cannot recommend Enterprise Rental more.Reviewed 2024 Feb 17

Pros:I was never informed that the drop off in Mooresville was during business hours so I had to travel 20+ miles to find the office was closed. Very inconvenient that I had to return the next day.Cons:Being notified that Mooresville office was closed with no after hour drop off. Plattsburgh pick up was excellent.Reviewed 2020 Sep 28

Pros:Budget was great. They gave us an upgraded vehicle at no extra charge and everything went very smoothly from check-in to return.Cons:KAYAK!! I had requested a reservation from BTV (Burlington) and when I received my confirmation email, I noticed that you had made me a reservation from a different airport in upstate New York! That would have been useless, so I had to call Budget directly to modify the reservation which eliminated any price advantage I had received through Kayak.Reviewed 2017 Aug 27

Drop-Off Fee Too High...Pros:Everything about the car and the rental experience was great. It was my first time in a Ford Fiesta, I was very impressed. I was also given the option a free upgrade to a Mustang, however it didn't have enough luggage space. The road conditions were also wet, slushy, rainy, and snowy, so it's likely that this is why it was a free upgrade... they can't rent the car otherwise and my rental would have gotten it further south away from crappy weather where thay can charge more for it.Cons:The $100 one way drop off fee seems excessive! I'm hoping to recover these fees from the airline that screwed me in the first place, making me have to rent a car to drive 6 hours away to fly homeReviewed 2016 Jan 07
