Good car ( Golf ) , good price, relatively long pick up time and horror story with car return. It's different location than other 10 or so rental companies and completely unmarked. I was driving around airport several times asking several people ( no luck ) ... If you use Budget at Prague make sure you make some research/ take notes before returning your car.Reviewed 2021 Sep 30

Processes for both pickup (Prague Train Station) and dropoff (Salzburg airport) were not clear or well-labeled. Took too much time sorting that out. Car was OK but I really wanted the smaller sedan that I reserved and not the larger SUV that I got "upgraded" to. Otherwise the car was clean and like-new, so that was good. Overall an OK experience, but I've had better with Budget in the past.Reviewed 2021 Sep 20
