Pros:
I was blessed with a free upgrade into a Kia Optima. It had ALL the bells and whistles! The lane assist and alert system was a comfort as I was driving through the night 12 hours. I knew if I did get drowsy the car would tell me and I could pull over.Cons:
I wish the tank was full when I got it. There is no way to take a car back at 5/8th.9.2 Wonderful

Admin error on their part prevented renting the vehicle. I left after 3 hours, with no resolution. I will never ise Enterprise again.Avis

Last at drop off was very nice.Cons:
I went through 4 cars in 2 hours. All were dirty. The third had an accident report and I had to drive back the 45 min to switch it out.2.0 Poor
