The vehicle I was given was poor. The tires were nearly bald…next to now tread. The car’s registration had expired. The front windshield wiper needed replacing. The car was dirty. And it was much bigger than I wanted. The person at the rental company said that was all he had, that most of their cars had been yakwn away.
