Pros:
Staff was very friendly. Check out took a bit longer than I would have liked. Drop off was easy as it was after hours and it is an easy airport to get in/out of.Cons:
I requested a small SUV for my rental because of winter driving. When I got there the worker told me I had been upgraded to a truck. When I got to my rental it was a 3/4 ton truck. This was not something I am familiar with driving and the gas mileage was horrible compared to what a small SUV would have gotten. I just wish they would have asked me if I wanted the upgrade instead of just shifting my rental.Enterprise Rent-A-Car
