Pros:
Everything was good, I rented a jeep online and on pickup the person that came told me I can’t rent that SUV because I needed a credit card not a debit card with the visa logo, it was a disappointment because when I reserved the SUV it didn’t said I needed a credit card and I already made plans with that exact SUV because more people fit, instead they gave me an outlander that it was not that comfortable and it smelled like someone smoked marihuana everyday on it.Cons:
They would’ve gave me the SUV I reserved because it wasn’t my fault the online service didn’t specify I needed a credit card.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
The rental was interrupted asking to return the car because it was put to sell. They gave me another rental but they should have a policy to not rent a car if the client might get interrupted.10.0 Wonderful

Clean, good car. Everyone involved in the process was very nice.Cons:
When we arrived to pick up our car, there were no cars available and they didnt know when we would get one. The person said maybe tomorrow? So we had to start our drive up the coast 15 hours later than we wanted, and had to go back to the airport again, though Avis did footbthe bill for the cabs.10.0 Wonderful
