Pros:Everything was good, I rented a jeep online and on pickup the person that came told me I can’t rent that SUV because I needed a credit card not a debit card with the visa logo, it was a disappointment because when I reserved the SUV it didn’t said I needed a credit card and I already made plans with that exact SUV because more people fit, instead they gave me an outlander that it was not that comfortable and it smelled like someone smoked marihuana everyday on it.Cons:They would’ve gave me the SUV I reserved because it wasn’t my fault the online service didn’t specify I needed a credit card.Reviewed 2021 Jan 28

Cons:The rental was interrupted asking to return the car because it was put to sell. They gave me another rental but they should have a policy to not rent a car if the client might get interrupted.Reviewed 2018 Dec 03

Horrible servicePros:I did not liked anything. The system was not working properly so ended up using another car rental place and it was as bad as this one.Cons:Horrible. Got overcharged. Hidden fees. Its not clear at all and never was able to communicate with someone that could help me out with a rental. Never again. Thanks.Reviewed 2017 May 01
