Reserved midsize got compact
Pros: On sight. Clean
Cons: Reserved a midsize & given a compact and charged the same rate! It was 4am in the morning, the day after Christmas so arguing was pointless. Had to squeeze 3 6 foot teenagers in the back with only inches of leg room. I have never been downsized when my reserved car was unavailable. Would give 1 star for all except for cleanliness and drop off

Cons: The price on line was $146.47 and on the airport the total was $339.39. The insurance was so expensive. And we don't have the best car.

Pros: Quick check in and car retrieval compared to reviews
Cons: I selected a rate of 260 for stay including taxes and fees. My bill charged was over 350. Will be calling thrifty asap

Pros: No hassle picking up or dropping the car off. The transition went very smooth, the car was very clean and smelled very nice. The attendant was very nice and very helpful. I would rent a car from you guys again, thank you very much.

Thrifty PCE
Pros: The car was in good condition. The wait time wasn't bad. The employee that checked us out wad very pleasant, despite having dealt with a difficult customer prior to us.
Cons: The car insurance was ridiculously priced. The rental was supposed to be $88 dollars we ended 5 paying $177.

The worst experience
Cons: I arrived there were no cars available. The lady was rude & no one called me to let me know that I wasn't able to get a car. I spent my vacation using a relatives car because my reservation was not available I suggest that you don't take reservations if you aren't sure that the cars will be available.

Friendly and fast pick up
Pros: Not to many people waiting
Cons: The car seats were all dirty, and the floors too, i look at a couple and they were all the same, all the suv need a deep cleaning.

Worked out well! could be less expensive
Pros: We were able to pick up the car upon arrival to the airport at 330am with no problem!! Beforehand, we had exhausted countless hours staying on the phone with Enterprise, Avis trying to arrange one way drop off as there systems would not allow it even with extra cost which if the system allowed would have been around $170 total. Kayak.com showed that Thrifty was able to do the drop off we needed. I must say it was simple to book and based off customer reviews I prepared myself that extra fees may be added at the counter than what was told to me on the phone when reserving so it was around $10 more than on the phone. It could be the fees were to cover the tolls. It was $239 for a 4 day rental with the one way drop off and easy pass for tolls. We used our own insurance, just brought the declaration page. The employees were nice and courteous on the phone and at the counters in both cities.
Cons: Wish was less pricey, still thankful for the convenience!
