Pros:We had a nice, fairly new Jeep that was easy to get around in.
Cons:The service at Budget at the STX airport was S-L-O-W!
Pros:Staff was extremely rude. Pickup was fine until we drove out of the parking lot and noticed the tire was flat. Went back to attendant who said "there was nothing he could do"... took a lot of arguing -including being yelled at by staff- to just get them to change our car to another one, which is what they should've done from the beginning. We will never rent with Budget again.
Cons:Better customer service. The car was also disgustingly dirty on the inside and smelled terrible. This was unacceptable in normal times and particularly during COVID times.
Pros:Rental was easy and the staff were great to work with.
Cons:Car had a few dings (small dents/scratches) upon picking it up, but they were noted and I didn't have any issues upon return. The car ran fine and was very clean.
Cons:When we got to the counter they told us they canceled us because we wasn't there by 12 noon. I didn't think about the time difference.
Pros:The drop off was fairly easy because it's a small airport.
Cons:Our car was not available when we arrived. It took apx...an hour for them to get us our car. The car was not the car we were expecting. We reserved a Jeep Liberty, which we thought was a little bigger than the car we received, which was a Jeep Compass. The agent was NOT friendly AT ALL. The car had stains on the passenger seat.
Pros:What a great little car, Kia Rio that they rented me for 66 days. Easy to drive,(even while driving on left), The Back-up Camera was a great feature, easy to park and plenty of room in back seat & trunk.
Cons:Honestly, my whole experience with this rental was positive, just what one looks for in a rental car.+++++
Pros:The staff at the counter was horrible. My reservation confirmed a 10am pick for 1 day. I was finally able to speak with Diane bout 11am or shortly after she mentioned that my reservation was canceled as a no show and I might not receive the type of vehicle I reserved bc they don’t have any cars.
Cons:I ended up getting a car after much scrutiny. My rental was checked out at 12:13 and bc I had to wait to show her my receipt that gas was purchased it increase the time of return to 2:13. Diane charged be an entire day.

Pros:The people were awesome. Friendly & helpful.
Cons:The car rattled, and not just because of the pothole. Something was loose under the car. Rust, dings, both major and minor. Missing body parts (Passenger side mirror back piece missing) Little embarrassed to drive it.
Cons:I paid for additional insurance on the car. When I got to the counter they already gave my car away and I had to wait for more than 20 minutes for them to come up with another car. I got in the car started to drive the check air pressure light came on. I got out of the car and checked tires, they seemed fine as far as air pressure. The next day before driving I inspected the tires they seemed full. A hour later I got a flat. Avis didn't want to come change tire, I guess it was't covered in the insurance. I took the car back to the airport they gave me a new tire. They wanted to know where the hub cap was? I had no idea it may have flown off car when I got a flat tire.

Pros:lt is the vehicle to drive on and off these roads of st. Croix. Easily was able to manuver the hillside drive.
Cons:Car interior got a bit hot when driven for long periods of time. I had to turn on the AC a few times.
Cons:never rented the vehicle due to unreported high deposit fee
Cons:We traveled to St. Croix to finalize the location for a medical school and they would not take a debit card (MC). Was not informed of this OR about deposits. Very bad situation. Seeking legal help false advertising.

Cons:Reserved a month before. Confirmed via phone twice in the week before. Upon arrival I was told ‘ we don’t have any cars’. Not sorry, not we might have one tomorrow, no attempt to help in any way. The manager was in the back room and refused to speak with me. The woman at the counter, Laura, refused to help in any way. Worst customer experience I have ever had. DO NOT RENT from these people.

Cons:Everything. There was no pickup from the airport. Had to pay $25 in transport fees to get to the rental location. Upon renting the vehicle it had not been cleaned. There where roaches in the vehicle. Tried contacting them for a replacement vehicle to no avail. Was definitely not worth the money. Will be renting from another reputable agency going forward.
