The staff was superby courteous and helpful.Cons:
I was dismayed to find out that I had to have my car back at noon, when my flight didn't leave till 7PM. Your staff helped me find out the latest time I could return the car without extra charge, since I had picked it up at 3:30PM. I do not find this policy helpful, and was very surprised about it10.0 Wonderful

Andy (the girl at the rental office) was really nice.Cons:
I prepaid for gas. I was dropping off in another state. He assured me there was enough gas in the car to get to my next destination. I told him the weather where I was going was very cold and snowy and would be going through some remote areas so I wanted to be sure. I ended up having to try to frantically try to find a gas station in an area that was pretty remote. I ended up having to travel several miles off the main road to get gas in a tiny town. It was very inconvenient and scary knowing I was almost out of gas. I had been looking for a gas station for over 80 miles and so I was almost on empty. Also the cushions were all stained. It looked like there had been multiple spills and no one had cleaned it up. It looked terrible.9.6 Wonderful

Pros:
The staff was easy to work with and pleasant. We had the vehicle reserved and the process was easy and quick. Nice vehicle was clean and well cared for made the trip nice. The return was just as easy and quick. Returned the keys to the associate and he printed the receipt and I was on my way. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.8.0 Very good

I would have appreciated a full tank of gas when picking up. A minor thing but had to stop sooner when driving to destination. Attendant was okay with me bringing it back 3/4 full like I picked it up so no big deal10.0 Wonderful
