reservation was not honoredPros:NOTHINGCons:Dollar Rent A Car did NOT honor my reservation. They claimed that I should have received a cancellation notice, yet, over 90 minutes AFTER my scheduled pickup time, my booking status remained "confirmed" in your system. This is outrageous. You have wasted both my time and my money. I will require an immediate refund of whatever charges you have made to my credit card as well as a credit for AED 120 in order to refund wasted taxi fares to and from the airport. Cons:They charged AED 25 in parking fee which was not included or mentioned anywhere when I made the booking. Picked up and dropped the car back into their garage and paid parking fee. Not at all justified.Reviewed 2016 Jul 14
