Pros:the truck recieved my ins money backCons:just hosed truck with water no soap not clean interior . paid for commercial insurence ,apparently my car ins . would not cover renting a half ton p/u truck, vicky the CSR says because of black and white plates which are commercial plates . i told her commercial vehicles are registered 4500 kg and over .Reviewed 2016 Oct 12

Pros:Easy process. Good initial customer service. Khalid ShamshadCons:When I returned the car, the gentleman advised that there's some minor scuff marks at the front bumper. I didn't like that comment from him as it was so light that it was likely not even noticed when they gave the car to me. Luckily senior rep was there who confirmed that this will not count as damage. He scared me initially ... the vehicle was driven so carefully.Reviewed 2016 Feb 23
