Pros:I got the type of car I reserved. Car was clean and ready to go. Staff got me taken care of fairly quick.Cons:The fuel charges were not explained well. I missunderstood the final bill and thought I was overcharged but I think the fuel charges get sorted later after fueling.Reviewed 2019 Aug 03

Pros:On the very last day I did not get the gentleman's name. But he had blonde hair. But he was very polite and announced me by my last name which I love! It shows he has manners and did not call me by my first name. It was pretty crowded but I got out at a efficient time.Cons:When I first checked in Miss Kristen had call me by my first name I like to be called by my last name. Otherwise everything else was great and she upgraded me to a full size car without additional cost. I did not expect that great customer service!Reviewed 2019 Apr 14

Pros:The car I got (Chevy Cruz) got good gas mileage, ran well. Had no issues to hinder my weekend events. TYCons:This was not what I ordered. I ordered a Nissan Altima or better and got a chevy cruz. (at least 2 downgrades) with no explanation. Also was given max insurance when I asked for the $20 total/per day and he still gave me the $27 total/per day. Was dissappointed in the way this like I was manipulated from the start. :(Reviewed 2017 Mar 27
